QoL - Remove the wait time on shuttles

This idea/suggestion has been flagged as Not Implemented because of a lack of popularity, lack of interest, lack of feasibility, or other determination by the Development Team, so the suggestion will not be implemented. Once a suggestion has been flagged this way, the decision is final. Although the issue may be raised again in the future after a six month cooldown. Proposal
Make shuttles always available for instant travel with a valid ticket. They should not be unavailable when they take off for 75s.
Justification
With instant travel already available in star ports and generally available in shuttleports the delay does not add anything beneficial to the game.
Motivation
It is a quality of life improvement for players who have limited time. It is possible to spend less time waiting pointlessly and more time playing the game.
With instant travel available between star ports and generally high availability on shuttles, is it possible to make shuttles always available instead of the occasional 75s wait?

Waiting at a shuttle port occasionally doesn't really add anything to the game.

Instant travel is available for a pretty high cost (and the numbers show about half of the travel in the game still takes place via shuttles and star ports). The intent of the wait time is actually a social feature, because it encourages you to have the opportunity to “bump into” or see other players. This was a bigger deal in the Pre-CU/CU time period, and in the NGE the timer was significantly shortened (which we’ve kept). Given that instant travel is a credit sink we want to protect the value of, and that the social aspect still has some validity, I’m not seeing any compelling reason to make this change.
 
I beg to differ it is not pointless , it's add to bounty hunting and pvp. Like when your mark just misses the shuttle and gives you a window to attack, or trying to shuttle in to help in the gcw to a camp but half the squad miss the shuttle.

It adds alot to the game play imo.

Fair enough. I don't know how to close it the ticket.
