Proposal
I propose that the spawn of the npc dr Jin in the research facility in the quaratine zone gets reduced a lot.
Justification
The current timer is with 5 mins too high as the quest is mostly done in a group and only one member can trigger it at a time.
Motivation
The npc needs to be triggered by a conversation.
