Open Space Removal of mission dependent for ARC-170 ship flight

Proposal
Removal of mission requirements to fly ARC-170 and JSF to allow both factions to fly them without the mission
Justification
Would allow all factions to enjoy the ships
Motivation
Would allow more frequent use of the ship and more variety of ships out there
I would like to propose the removal of the requirement to complete the mission to fly the ARC-170.

It would allow more pilots to be able to fly it if implemented and would have no adverse effects to anyone other than more money being brought into people who run the mission and don't want the ship.

Also the JSF does not require the mission to be flown and with the removal of profession required weapons as well I feel like this a needed QoL addition to the game

Actually, you have to do the mission to fly the JSF. You cannot just buy it and fly even if your pilot skill says you qualify to fly it.

It's a relatively easy mission aside from the annoying pathing issues for the wookies in dathomir.

I did it on my entertainer in give or take 30 mins.

Its more to not make the ship locked behind a rebel only mission
