Open Other Remove No Trade status from all ChuGonDar Schematics

Proposal
All schematics coming out of the CGD cube to be freely tradeable.
Justification
It does not make sense that the vast majority of items in the CGD cube are tradeable, including crafting components, when the schematics themselves are often, or almost always, no trade.
Motivation
It overly complicates the production process for CGD cube items, especially weapons.
It doesn't make any sense to have the schematics be no trade, especially when the subcomponents made also with CGD are tradeable.
