- Give +1 to opportune chance buff, usable once per day, for flicking the bobblehead. It would expire on the very next action they take.
- Justification
- Everyone needs their first pvp kill or that first amazing success. This would provide a way to give them the edge they need to make it happen without adding something OP.
- Motivation
- Everyone has that one silly thing they do for luck. The bobblehead is a perfect opportunity to add something like this to SWGR
