Allow a Keymap Option Command for Toggle between Run/Walk. Currently the game only allows a Momentary Run/Walk Toggle, forcing the user to hold down the key to allow Walking.
- Justification

Having to hold down the button to walk is an Accessibility issue and makes it harder for some people to play the game.
- Motivation

Allowing the user to hit the button once will allow them to switch between walk and run and not have to hold it down. Some people have a hard time (because of limited movement with the hands/fingers) with using the WASD keys to move and holding a button down to walk. Likewise holding the button down and using the mouse can also be problematic.
