Add pages to the vertical toolbars in the same way that we have multiple pages for the main horizontal toolbar
Justification
We already have multiple toolbar pages but it can be annoying to switch in combat for something specific. I think it would be nice to have sidebars that we can tailor to specific settings like pvp, farming, heroics.
Motivation
Id like to have different vertical toolbar setups depending on what Im doing. I have different buffs, clickers, pets/weapons that Id like to switch around for pvp/pve
The main toolbar already has multiple pages. Lets add pages to the vertical bars

I would just add an option for an additional cluster of horizontal bars or a way to change the rows/columns (ie 2x12 can be 4x6 for instance) for added customization. This way you can have skills go across your screen or stack them with two clusters and be a 4x12 stack.
