New house, Something interesting to decorate.
Justification
It’s a cool looking house and iconic.
Motivation
It’s awesome and it’s iconic.

Hey can we please get the yoda house in game? That’d be really cool.

But for all players to own it, not like dexters diner. To where you have to pay 1b creds. For a speciality item. But make it a quest item or a player crafted house.
 
It could pair up nicely with the Kashyyyk Tree houses and other Huts similar to this. I know some players like to make "themed" cities and this could add to that.
Plus, it is good to have more choices.
