Open Ability to sell Warmly Glowing Instance items back to the Mustafar Content Vendor

Proposal
Ability to sell Warmly Glowing Instance items back to the Mustafar Content Vendor
Justification
Increases ability to obtain tokens, removes cluttered warmly glowing items from the galaxy and provides new players with an ability to obtain gear quicker.
Motivation
The tokens are too slow to obtain with the weekly cap, There are far too many useless warmly glowing items so it enables another avenue for obtaining loot without breaking the system.
As the title says.

Some suggestions around how to keep this balanced.

  1. Sell back at a reduced rate to decrease the overall value of selling - like 3 tokens etc.
  2. cap the overall amount of sales each week (either by item or overall)
Idea is just to promote people taking part in content and decrease storage space (i don't need 10 warmly glowing crystals/scrolls/splitters)

Likewise it adds more tokens at a lower rate to enable the newer players to gear up with Mustafar loot quicker.
