Add New Droid Pet for Players

Respectfully propose to add the IG-86 Sentinel Droid as a new pet for players (https://starwars.fandom.com/wiki/IG-86_sentinel_droid). This droid was a weaker version of IG-88 produced by Holowan Mechanicals and was a model often used for bodyguarding or to aid bounty hunters (as seen in the Clone Wars). Since the model is a weaker IG series droid, it should be substantially stronger than the other droids on the market -- perhaps an increase of 5 combat levels and a 5-10% increase in maximum and minimum damage and armor. Moreover, it should only be craftable by a master droid engineer. Regarding the schematic for the droid, it can either be obtainable through (1) a quest from a former Holowan Mechanicals engineer in Corellia to craft multiple droids for him (probably put the questgiver near an old droid factory north or Kor Vella) or (2) a droppable schematic in the IG-88 heroic. To promote access to all players, once the schematic is learned, it should be permanently learned by the Master Droid Engineer. However, making it a single-use schematic also seems reasonable, but if the developers choose to go with the questgiver option for the schematic, the questgiver's quest for the schematic would need to be a repeatable quest (which may not make sense). The addition of this droid is a droid engineer's version of RIS armor.

To provide more content for droid engineer, a crafting profession severely limited compared to the other important crafting professions (i.e., weaponsmith and armorsmith). To make droid engineer more lucrative compared to other crafting professions. To enable more options for pve and pvp assistance, especially against elite classes or challenging pvp. To further make the game realistic regarding use of droids.

To enhance droid lore in the game, pvp and pve diversification, and to strengthen the droid engineer profession.
