Add Restuss Commendations to the Box of Achievements

Allow us to store Restuss Commendations in the box of achievements
Justification
We can store other gcw related currencies in it. With Restuss coming up people will be farming them.
Motivation
To clear out some inventory space
Restuss Commendations are similar to gcw or battlefield tokens and should be treated as such and storable in the box of achievements.
