Proposal
Add houses / plots that can be decorated outside (fence, animals, speeder, lantern, etc).
Justification
Cities are plain and boring. With this it would give player cities a new level
Motivation
It would improve the immersion and cities would be "livlier"
Houses can right now only be decorated inside (even though the plot they take is quite large)
