Open Artisan BH and RIS Armor wearable by Wookie/Ithorian Races

Proposal
Suggest that RIS and BH armor be wearable (invisible) by Wookie and Ithorian Races
Justification
The recent decay changes make it so condition on armor is much more important.
Motivation
Currently, Wookie and Ithorians do not have any high condition armor. Factional armor and armor specifically for Ithorians cap out around 70k. BH and RIS armor can reach 103K-112K+ condition, which negatively affects armor wearers of those races. There IS armor that can currently be worn but is not visible, so there is a precedent set and I would like to apply this to these other races to bring them in line with everyone else.

All in for this change.
You shouldn't be punished for picking a "non-humanoid" species.

This is a great idea, I will no longer feel like a lesser species if I am able to wear RIS/BH armor.

Totally not biased, but I am all for this change.

While custom orders would be the route, you rarely see a high-end HP suits wearable by Ithorians or wookiees on the bazaar (death trooper or factional).

This would also benefit armorsmith (who recently took a hit with socket retrofit tools) and help increase their customer base a bit.
