Change New Ent Missions to use performance effects.

Proposal
Change Current New Ent Missions to using Dancer and Musician Effects instead of Flourishes.
Justification
It buggers up fast timer build up because an ent cannot just use a macro to keep timers going at optimal rates.
Also Effects would suddenly have a legitimate beneficial use besides style points.

Motivation
Entertaner's are unhappy with the mission terminal change as is, other proposals are likely popping up this would be an easy simpler change I think. I'm not a code monkey so what the hell do I know. Just seems simpler to me.

They are unhappy that they can't keep macros going while they do mission terminals.
This would also avoid completely redoing the new entertainer change.
Look There's another up already about changing at least something about the new ent mission changes.
Some people said my idea was a good one so figured I'd at least get it properly out there.

If the dev's do not want to do to much to change the current setup, one option would be changing the missions to checking and requesting certain effects like /firejet2 or /floorlights, instead of messing up the flourish count for timers.
 
Missions do need tweaking. Like failing for missing or messing up a flourish is to harsh a penalty. But tying to special effects would be level dependent. Flourishes everyone has regardless of how far up the profession tree they are. It would need to be more general. For example : "Your patron looks unimpressed. Perform a special effect as quickly as you can to regain their interest!" And if you perform any special effect you get the bonus. If you dont, you receive a penalty in mission payout.
