Proposal
Maybe we should increase the chances of it appearing. Actually, the damages are a bit higher, but there is not a significant difference, that worth to do the whole path to get the bracer.
Justification
-The item is more difficult to obtain than the Distance Globe, You need to gather 3 rares components from group instances. it takes a bracelet slot.
-The Distance Globe can be used in a loop, there is no cooldown.
-It actually not gives an advantage to use the Pellet bracer.
Motivation
At the end of the game, the objectives are more limited and require some effort. Some items require raising significant funds, or even joining groups and meeting tougher objectives. It would seem logical that rewards offer a slight advantage. Otherwise, the motivation to obtain them will not manifest.
The likelihood of the pellet bracer intervening in a fight and dealing additional damage seems quite the same as Mustafarian Distance Globe. Nevertheless, it's much more efforts to get the bracer.

The 8 procs you got there seem like you got really good RNG because I can tell you from my experience it procs way less than the globe
either the globe needs nerfing, or the mustafar bracelets need buffing slightly

the proc rate on them is bad, on top of the fact you lose the stats from a jewelry piece.. they are not good enough

maybe if the bracelets had some generic stats on them, that could be fun. or some unique stat that increases any proc chance, idk.

I had the feeling that it was much less frequent, but I wanted to show a mathematical approach rather than my feelings.
In any case, just after equipping it, I expected to see 3 procs appear: coynite, globe distance and pellet. I was actually surprised to see such a non efficient thing at all.
