It'd Function as a new module that let a droid flag for accepting the input of the chat type.

Justification
Its something often seen in the films or movies, and frankly I've always been annoyed we all just eventually learn the languages for a server that values immersion., plus it'd just be fun... We like fun here right? Its legit what protocols are for, besides being man servants.
Motivation
Rper's again would love this as it was a passing comment getting attention in another PV that made me write this one out.
It also shouldn't be too complicated of a feature considering /chronivlerv exists.
This springboarded from the other PV about /chroniclerv being changed to accept /say>name and similiar chat types.
