Implemented Free 3rd toon slot! Make Resto Great Again! (MRGA)

Suggestion to bring back the player-base of yesteryear: A free third character slot to coincide with the release of 1.0.

• Who?
  • The Resto staff has had significant work cut out for them insofar as implementing/fixing current and future systems.
• What?
  • A free third character slot. Read the title.
• When?
  • To coincide with and or before the launch of "1,0" aka the progression system.
• Why?
  • The Resto population has suffered a significant population decline over the last several months, and in order the recoup some of those losses, some incentive should be provided.

The Resto team will soon be releasing the server progression system which will require the current player base to replay current content in order to access new content. What better way to entice the community than awarding a third character slot? This will present an incentive for the remaining community to replay current content in order to level up their new characters and contribute towards the progression system. For returning players, this will offer a unique opportunity to replay the early portions and relearn the game in time for the new updates.
