GSL/Convoy variables

Proposal
Add dynamic variables to GSL
Justification
GSL is a great addition to the game, and I think it deserves iteration. Increase value of currently unpopular runs.
Motivation
If runs are static, then the 'best' run identified will be the only run taken. Randomizing variables related to GSL will cause the 'best' run to change from t1 to t2.
I wonder if it would be possible to randomize variables related to Galactic Supply Lines. Ideas:

  1. Every supply has a range of value instead of a fixed value. Values could change every X unit of time, Y number of deliveries, or a combination of the two.
  2. Randomly, a supply line will have a special bonus multiplier applied - could be reduced price or increased sale value.
  3. Randomly, a supply provider will have "Coveted Cargo" - higher level enemies will attack, increases multiplier or enemies have a chance to drop rare loot
  4. Second Stop - A smuggler is willing to take some of that cargo off your hands at a higher rate (bring cargo to random location on map, can sell X cargo to smuggler for Y multiplier)
