Justification
New badge for 10k PVP kills, named in honour of Khardacca of SILVR guild.
Motivation
For all who want to PVP.
Suggestion for a new badge, named after an inspirational and successful PVP icon.

Naming a badge after a player is a big no from me

Having badges for kill (assists) progress isnt a bad idea though, cool to show some prestige so maybe if that were to take a different form than this then that would be a cool addition.
 
can explore the badge but naming after characters is a rare, special designation that we wouldn't do lightly
 
While we're at it, I would like to add a suggestion of a PvP title for players like me: "Kroolok King" for 1000 successful feign deaths during PvP. Alternatively: "Time Waster"
 
I think a badge is just going to inspire fight-clubbing, then minimizing the achievement. I'd rather Khar got a custom title for the server-first aspect.
 
Can we name a badge after me for 10,000 PvP deaths? Or the “meh-ist BH” award.

Seriously 10k kills is incredible. Agreed with not naming things after players but a unique title would be awesome
