Open Other Artisan Krayt tissues could have better stats

Current Krayt Tissue numbers: 1 - 30

Proposed Rate : 1 - 100
Justification
Krayt Tissues are basically useless and have no value on the server currently
Motivation
Giving weaponsmith more component options for either speed enhanced or damage enhanced weapons.
Currently, the meta for range weapons is Gorax Shards for .2 or .3 more attack speed on a weapon.

Comparatively, Krayt Tissues are only dropping from 1 to 30 and I've rarely seen a 30. I would propose tuning the cap somewhere around 75 to 100 and only at the rate droppable from Grands or Ancients similarly to how Krayt Scale drop caps.

This is so important - krayt tissues are worthless as of now. Gorax Shards are the only thing that are worth the trouble. Krayt tissues should give some sort of damage and speed enhancement seeing as how rare they are.

75-100 is probably a bit overtuned but krayt tissue could currently use a boost. However, I believe that more looted weapon/armor enhancements was planned for phase 1 so it'd have to work around that.

I think +100 max dmg is a great top end. You have to make it something that competes with the stats of a Gorax Speed and have it be a viable alternative that will make someone consider using it. The thing is - Gorax Shards hit the low .300 - to my knowledge .304 is highest ever looted..and there were 3..and the Gorax drops 10 shards every time...90% of the time they're trash and get deleted. Go kill a Krayt and see how low the drop rate to get a tissue is - because you're competing with scales and pearls in the loot table. Krayts don't guarantee loot like Gorax. If you kill 50 krayts and get 1 or 2 tissues (I've killed more and never seen a tissue yet) and the damage is anywhere from +25-100, it's going to be a pain in the ass to be lucky enough to get a high one..so make it worth it. Just like Gorax - it's a pain to get an enhancement that is top of the line.

Just gonna say that +30 damage is more useful than -0.3 speed. But that's because of how combat works. +30 damage is not an equivalent trade off to -0.3 speed in terms of crafting trade offs. I'd take the shard and use extra exp on damage every time.

Baring that speed doesn't help combat enough, increasing the range on tissues would make the WS choices harder, and I'm all for that.
