Make the upper roof space of the buildings habitable
Justification
The roof of the new buildings can be furnished.
Motivation
Bigger trees and more furniture would look good.

I believe this has been brought up before - and there would definitely be some work to get this accomplished - but I'm all for it if the devs want to put time into it. Some of these guild halls or even the large windowed style 2 houses have some roofs people would be able to do some really cool stuff with.
