My proposal would be to add a blanket discount mechanism that would be applied to all items on a vendor with the ability to specify all users receive the discount or a targeted group to receive the discount.
- Justification

As a vendor owner, the ability to provide a percent discount would enhance my ability to sell items to all community members or specific member groups.
This would enable:
-the ability to target discounts to specific groups e.g. guild, faction, or specific named users.
-remove the need to unlist, adjust pricing, and relist each and every item on my vendor if I want to apply a temporary discount for a flash sale, as an example.

To allow discounts to the community without a large time investment fiddling with item pricing.
Hi - I wanted to request an action where vendor owners could apply a percentage discount to managed vendors that would enhance the QoL of being a merchant.
