- Justification
- Combat Level 1 Crafters cannot use a survival knife with a basic weapon core as it has a CL6 requirement.
- Motivation
- Full crafter templates are the ones usually doing the RE work. They should not need to spend skill points on irrelevant boxes to be CL6 to hit RE Chance cap (59).
This recommendation is coming from a reverse-engineering perspective. My crafter is CL 1. I cannot use a survival knife with a bake-in RE Chance +1 stat as it has a level 6 requirement. It does not make a ton of sense for a crafter to spend skill points on a few boxes of a combat profession to hit a crafting modifier cap (59 for RE Chance). This should be obtainable as a level 1 crafter.

So, I propose that the modifier bit for the bake-in +1 should be removed from weapons and increase the Armor Bake-In modifier bit from +1 to +2.
