Proposal
Hello, the idea here is to remove what can only be described as the “long global” or GCD that happens when you use improved paint target.

The improved version of pain target is specifically where I would start. This is a 4xxx investment. And would prevent some cheeky novice SL dips which might make some build OP.
Justification
The extended global associated feels very out of place within any rotation. You’re unable to use any GCD ability during this time. Also because of the nature of the game, paint target can miss.. which is fine, it’s part of the game. But it feels atrocious to be punished with a long global just for it to miss.
Motivation
The idea here is to clean up rotations for builds using paint target so that it feels better. Smoother rotation +smooth action = profit.
