This idea/suggestion has been flagged as Not Implemented because of a lack of popularity, lack of interest, lack of feasibility, or other determination by the Development Team, so the suggestion will not be implemented. Once a suggestion has been flagged this way, the decision is final. Although the issue may be raised again in the future after a six month cooldown. Lock people out for over posting (say more than 5 in a 24 hour span.)
- Justification
if you make a system so people can take advantage of in anyway, they will.
- Motivation
In order to give all ideas a chance to be seen and heard and to stop player voice from becoming anyone persons stomping ground.
Set things up so after a set number of posts, someone gets locked out for 12 to 24 hours from voting and posting.

Some oversight couldn't hurt, one guild could dominate a subject and turn it into mob rules and browbeating. Looking at you Leg***s.
Just FYI - there is already a five minute "cooldown" for people to post new PlayerVoice requests.
