Redeed droids after oil bath and/or functionality buff

Proposal
A way to be able to resell or redeed a droid for the bazaar after enhancing them with an oil bath and/or functionality system
Justification
Currently, these functions result in a droid being restricted to player trade only.
Other crafting classes can slice their wares, add powerups etc, and still place them on vendors.
This would fall in line with that.
Motivation
It would get more use if it was something that could be done and then sold on the bazaar. It is difficult to find players willing to connect with a DE then take the time to trade and wait.
Redeed droids for bazaar sale after an oil bath and/or functionality process. Provides more accessibility to the feature.
