Open Other Artisan Remove no-Trade tag off of the Tusken King Rifle

Proposal
Remove no-Trade tag off of the Tusken King Rifle.
This comes from the huff rifle quest line "Finding Huff's Rifle".
Justification
Perhaps a bug,
Fixing, allows one to use the tusken kings rifle which if crafted properly would be very fun.
Motivation
Removing limitations on weapon deconstructions allows more fun and building a nice weapon collections for your house.

I noticed today the deconstruct of the tusken king rifle, bio links and then when created by your friendly neighbourhood Weaponsmith becomes No-Trade.
Is it intentional or can this tag be removed? I wonder how many other schematics might also have the same issue.
the secret deconstruct is quite a nice feature. Is it an easy fix or feature to add?

Hello - Just want to make sure I'm understanding this so it can be addressed. Upon deconstruct, a schematic is provided, which is bio-linked to you, then it is traded to the crafter who can craft this item, but then after craft it is no trade, and essentially stuck on the crafter?


Normal progression should be 'No Trade' > Deconstruct into Bio-Linked Schem (No Trade Removed), Crafted (Retains Bio-Link yet is tradeable) if I am not mistaken.

Just want to double-check the details before I push this.

Somewhere there is a WS with a No Trade Tusken King Rifle with your name on it they can't give back, right?
