Finding Huff's Rifle is a quest that the player must complete to unlock the Darklighter's Estate questline.
You can start this quest by speaking with Huff Darklighter's guard at the Darklighter Estate on Tatooine.

Huff Darklighter's guard:
Huff Darklighter? The head of the Darklighter Estate? He's only the biggest business magnate on Tatooine. Where have you been?
You: Never heard of him.
Huff Darklighter's guard:
Well I suggest you take your head out of the sand and look around you.
You: So, what's he so upset about?
Huff Darklighter's guard:
He's very upset about a Tusken Rifle. It was an antique, and someone's taken it off the planet. He wants to get it back, but isn't sure how to go about it.
You: Where have you looked for the rifle?
Huff Darklighter's guard:
We've checked everywhere on Tatooine. Huff tried some of his contacts on Corellia, but they were no help. Personally, I think it's on Naboo.
You: What do you know about the rifle?
Huff Darklighter's guard:
I heard some criminals got hold of it. The criminal element has lots to do with these things when stuff disappears, you know?
You: Maybe I can find it for you?
Huff Darklighter's guard:
That would be fantastic. If I were you I'd start with Borvo the Hutt on Naboo. He's sort of like Jabba, but not nearly as mean. He may know where it is.

Description:
Huff Darklighter lost his grandfather's Tusken Rifle, and has been upset ever since. I'm hoping to help him find it. I may check on Naboo with a criminal named Borvo the Hutt. He might be able to tell me what happened to the rifle.

Tusken Rifle
Huff's guard wants you to return Huff's grandfather's Tusken Rifle before you can see Huff. You should be able to track it down. Start with Borvo the Hutt on Naboo. Borvo is rumored to reside in the city of Moenia, in the cantina, but speak with Borvo's guard before approaching Borvo directly. When you have the rifle, give it to Huff's guard by dragging it onto him.
You can find Borvo the Hutt at the back of the cantina on Moenia, Naboo.

You will not be able to proceed with this quest until you complete the
Borvo the Hutt questline.
- Completing the questline will reward the player with a No Trade Tusken King's rifle, which is required to complete this step.
Once you have the rifle, return to Huff Darklighter's guard on Tatooine.

Open your inventory and click and drag the Tusken King's rifle onto the guard. This will complete the quest. You can now eligible to start the Darklighter's Estate questline.
