- Adding a chronicles xp payout to the completion of the chronicles quest
- Justification
- Improved Progression Variety: Adding XP upon quest completion breaks up the repetitive nature of the current leveling process, where the meta relies on spamming the same quest creation repeatedly. While completing full quests may be slower than spamming, it provides Chroniclers with a far more engaging alternative to advance their progress.
- Motivation
- Increased Participation: Rewarding quest completion incentivizes more players to run Chronicles quests, increasing their prevalence across the player base. This encourages engagement with Chronicle masters through purchasing and completing quests, driving overall adoption of the Chronicles system.-
This goal of adding a chronicles xp payout to the completion of the chronicles quest is two fold.
- Increased Participation: Rewarding quest completion incentivizes more players to run Chronicles quests, increasing their prevalence across the player base. This encourages engagement with Chronicle masters through purchasing and completing quests, driving overall adoption of the Chronicles system.-

How this could work.
- Matching chronicle xp rewards for crafting is the simplest option
- Apply a multiplier based on the difficulty of the mobs. For example if the quest is to kill 30 Banthas, then you would do a 1x multiplier on the xp of killing 30 banthas ( no gain). However if the chronicle is 5 steps then you would do a 5x multiplier on the chronicle xp. So if crafting the chronicle gives 1000 xp you would 5x that to a 5000 xp pay out. This should work well as I believe chronicle complexity has a set xp amount. This may be a fun way to encourage chroniclers to continue to get XP buffs after the fact as the 15% bonus XP chronicle quest would be worth more than a standard chronicle quest.
