Add damage to non mustafar lava

Proposal
Make lava on planets other than mustafar e.g on lok in the volcano damage you for walking over it, the same/similar way it does on mustafar, also add the ability to fly over it unharmed in lava proof vehicles. Also make it damage npcs and maybe add a no spawn area in and near the lava so npcs dont go in it for the most part.
Justification
Its unrealistic to be able to just walk on it and would make the game environment more interesting.

There is a quest there that makes you walk into the center of the crater. Lava damage would me the quest impossible

i see. well that complicates things. maybe best to just leave it as it is then unless the quest can be altered slightly to move the item out the lava to the lava edge or something.
