I propose that a 'Rename Vendor' option be added to vendors.

This would be a benefit to all merchants.
- Motivation

I spend time and money getting all of my vendors dressed out and if I decide to stop selling resources and start selling swoops I should have the option to simply change the vendor's name rather than go through the process of taking a vendor down, losing all custom clothing and having to remake a new vendor.
This addition should be fairly straight forward and not that difficult to implement.
