Add corresponding slash commands and cool down times to info bar in command browser.

Whether you are a combat toon, artisan or entertainer, this would make the task of creating macros much easier and would improve game play.
- Motivation

I think this would make creating macros easier for the community by having R-III's slash commands and timers listed without having to go out of the web to research what the slash command is for a certain ability. And, having the cool down timers listed allows an individual to put in the appropriate amount of time for pauses between actions.
When you open the command browser to view the various skills your character has, I would like to see the various associated slash commands and cool down timers listed in the info bar at the bottom.
