- Adding a buff familiar that provides an opportune chance buff
- Justification
- There exists several familiars which provide very useful buffs for all attributes but one, which is opportune chance. I believe that adding one that provides this boost would give players a choice outside the grackle bat, for improving their damage. specially for critical builds.
- Motivation
- I dont feel like this would specifically resolve a problem, is more about giving players more options to personalize their builds and strategies. Currently most players use the grackle bat because of its buff to both ranged and melee damage, it is a good familiar. I will not admit to being a master of builds and numbers, but since opportune chance is the only attribute without a familiar, I feel adding one that does, would benefit the players in having another choice for improving their builds.
I love familiars, I love that they are very useful, I love that you have several choices and each provides a small boost to your character, be it damage, health, defense, healing potency. However there is one attribute that is missing from being in a familiar, which is opportune chance. I believe that adding a familiar which provides a buff to this attribute will greatly add to a line of already useful choices. I feel like for those who want to improve our damage, the grackle bat is the only choice, but by adding one that adds opportune chance, it would become a second choice and having more choices is always good!
