Proposal
Move Server restart time to a point where Devs are able to react to issues during restart.
Justification
It happened a couple times that the server had issues on restart. We know that there are systems in place to notify Devs on hard crashed but it seems not the case on issues during restart.
Motivation
People outside US time zones can't play during their online hours if the server is down for 6 or 8 hours if the restart fails.
Open for other solutions

That means that you are playing during the time it resets. So for the daily reward you get a new one on logging in as 00:00 GMT is passed. If you are in game this will trigger when you shuttle/ITV etc.
