Proposal
Add small bounty for collecting watchtower payment
Justification
People AFK at tower to collect payment... sometimes lopsided for Bounty hunters can 1v1
Motivation
Lowers watchtower payout and may make people stay more active.
Here's my thought of the day:

To prevent AFK token farming at the watchtower... allow a 1k bounty to accrue every 15-20 minutes or so.

If they are SF and AFK, kill them. But you need to be semi AFK to collect the tokens.

If you can do it via a macro then it would kick out at 40 mins anyway.

I'm not sure what the bounty does if they are already SF. Just need to go kill them.

I've surprised loads of people semi afk and got the jump on them.

Sorry Alky I don't get what's broken to fix other than no Imps are attacking them.

I sympathize with the notion of preventing the semi-afk token farming, but I don't think auto-adding small bounties is the way to do it

Ornj has advised that he was looking to move them to supply drops in the city to fight over. But obvs that's a bigger task
