Proposal
Allow CoB to be usable while a ranged weapon is equipped.
Justification
Commando and Smuggler have access to CoB, by default, but have to mess around swapping to a melee weapon and back in order to use it, on top of already having to stand still and accommodate the slight lag/desync. This makes no sense and causes unnecessary hassle.
Motivation
Make using CoB less of a ballache to use for ranged players.
CoB good. Weapon swapping bad.

weapon swap adds a slight skill layer, i like it even if its awkward

I think this would be OK if the time to activate was increased to something like 4-5s when holding a ranged weapon. This means you have the option of swapping to melee and using it (probably quicker if efficient at swapping? More mobility) or just standing still for a longer time (easier but more situational).

I personally like this idea although the original post got down voted I feel this would be a nice compromise.
