Proposal
Change Gold Chronicle Tokens and Silver Chronicle tokens to No Trade Shared instead of No Trade
Justification
Allow all toons across an account to share trade gold and silver tokens - easier token management without token box at this time
Motivation
Token management
Small change that allows easier distribution across all toons for chronicle quest rewards - gold and silver tokens are currently locked to each individual toon. QoL for token management across an account.
