Proposal
Upon Ace of Aces, allow Civilian Protection Guild to give out quest for 3rd factional ship
Justification
As an Ace of Ace, we've already done all the factions and have mastered all those ships
Motivation
I like Badges :)
As an Ace of Aces, i would love to be able to get the badge (and ship) for the third Civilian Protection Guild ship.
