Proposal
When you open the Bazaar, the default settings show Player Vendor and Entire Galaxy
Justification
New players commonly struggle to find items they need. Also makes sense to start at the top and drill down.
Motivation
Quality of life. Helping new players. Less confusion.
This is one of the most commonly addressed issues with new players. Player Vendors > Entire Galaxy should be the default as it is the largest scope of items. Then you drill down from there rather than going out then back in.
