Implemented Other Get rid of Stickers on Welcome Chat

Proposal
Some of these new discord members joining restoration 3 are NOT new to the server, but just did not know they were to join r3 discord until our guild members suggested they do so. All players should be tied to website swgr.org/r3 discord before we even consider them for guild members.
Justification
Lets just use the emoticons like thumbs up, welcome , hug and no more Stickers.
Motivation
Motivation for this, is our guild members who since joined resto3 discord have been bombarded within minutes or hours to join a guild/city. And they are Stickered like crazy.
It would be nice to get rid of those huge stickers, that some people post to welcome Restoration 3 new discord membership

Separating the stickers into its own channel was a good move. I muted that channel the day it was made. Is that not good enough? (I did not up or downvote this xD)

Wish I could do the same, but we have new players visiting our city, asking to join us, we go thru a vetting process only once we see they joined restoration3 discord. But thinking I might do it another way and do as you do, mute it.. :)

I’ve removed the button that prompts members to send stickers as a welcome, meaning someone would have to manually send a sticker message now. That should reduce the sticker welcomes. Let’s monitor the change over the next few weeks and see if that produces the desired outcome.

Thanks Aconite. Have found a number of our players hadn't joined the Restoration 3 discord. Was difficult to find them in New Members, once we directed them to the https://swgr.org/pages/discord/ site to join up. Manually works well. Again thank you.
