Make all containers nameable (i.e. non-player crafted containers)

Allow all placeable containers to be renamed (i.e. non-player crafted containers such as the GCW Weapon Rack/Empty Weapon Rack). This would provide players with more options for housing storage and better item "banking" organization.

There are a lot of really cool containers out there that feel less useful for player homes because they can't be renamed for organized storage. Allowing players to rename any placeable container will expand the options players have for decorating housing/structures while being able to keep items organized via named containers. This would give players more options for customization while keeping their items organized in style, without negatively impacting anyone else's experience.

I just want to keep the hoard of useless junk in my house organized, in style. As it is currently, these containers that can't be renamed are not useful for organizing storage; they certainly look cool, but without being able to label them you would have no idea what is being stored and the problem only grows as your storage demands increase.
