- Proposal
I would like to suggest that the Imperial/Rebel Command BARCs no longer require a rank to call/use and only require that you be the correct faction.
- Justification
With the implementation of the Vehicle Customization System and the knowledge that GCW will be resetting at more frequent intervals, it does not make sense to have millions of credits worth of parts tied into a vehicle that you cannot call.
- Motivation
There was already enough time/money invested into getting and then gearing up the vehicle that it should not need to be unavailable to you for over a month for any reason. Especially if you can not even get your parts out of it.
Vehicles that you unlock should not be tied to rank.

Agreed, It doesn't harm anything or affect gameplay in anyway to have it available once unlocked for use at a rank.
We’ve already clarified that rank-restricted items are intended to only be usable at the ranks specified as a perk of holding (not attaining) the rank.
