Open PvP One planet with full loot PVP

Proposal
Full loot pvp planets requier some scripts it is not hard to make. There is also biolink items which requier new code breaker npc of 50% sucsess rate otherwise item get broken or elite code broker which demand money for broke biolink but 10% change of faliure. It also gonna need scripts.
One big issue who never played this game wont like in first 5 min because of old key controller. Modern key controller should be default after they could change to make classic if they want to...
Justification
This will attract players also improve economy .
Motivation
When you get killed and lost nothing doesnt make you mind and when you kill get only gcw point also doesnt make you so much happy either. It is like poker when you play with real money and when you play with toy money...
There is big communities out there who loves full loot PvP. One planet that planet much like deep space cannot flag on/off .Neutral players could shot everyone also everyone also could shot them

While I like the "idea" of full-loot pvp, adding it to SWGR would be messy and lead to issues. These issues include (but are not limited to):
  1. Some players un-knowingly/unwillingly participating and losing their "stuff."
  2. Exploitations and balance issues.
  3. Developing an area which may be used by only a small percentage of players.
  4. Taking away resources from development and implementation of core systems/bugs.

How full-loot pvp could be implemented:
  • Eventually if the population gets much bigger, and there still is a demand for a full loot pvp area - the idea could be implemented without much difficulty.
  • Instead of making a new area where full loot pvp is active, a currently unused area (maybe an entire city) could be designated.
  • Exploitations and accidental participation could be avoided by System warnings when entering a zone with players having to "accept" a warning in a neutral zone area. (much is the same way players were warned when entering the PVP zone of Restuss after Phase 3 - The Battle for Restuss.

As to the thought that full-loot pvp is "too hard" please consider the following:
  1. SWG has always had "hard" aspects. These include decay on gear, long rez/clone times with penalties, wounds needing cures, long-grind jedi unlocks; and yes even PERMA-DEATH for jedi unlocks.
While not every aspect of SWGR should be super hard-mode, I think eventually having full loot PvP could be implemented. I just feel it is too low a priority at this stage in development.

You cant make hardcore players come and try this game without full loot pvp. Runescape also old game with 8k peak player count
