Enable player bounties in space making bounty hunting a more diverse and exciting experience (this could be done to some new specific npc bounties too) combining the ground and space aspects of the game.
- Justification

It would be a cool feature, easily implemented i think, and would incentivize space pvp with an unique experience.
- Motivation

We already have player to player dock in space so imagine how cool would see disabling your mark ship in space, then dock into his ship and killing your bounty on his own ship.
A dev mentioned long ago (jarjar) that we would get space bounties in the future so i think this might have been in the dev team scope even for 3.0 update as an unique content here on R3..
