- Allow tier 3 cities to have a shuttleport when they reach 40 citizens.
- Justification
- With the new update, current tier 5 cities stand to gain a change due to the fact that Tatooine, Naboo and Corellia are only allowed 20 cities with 10 cities above rank 4 and only 5 will be rank 7 or higher. That leaves 10 cities essentially in the dark with very little chance to advance. Smaller cities need some love as well. Allowing the rank 3 cities an opportunity to a shuttleport will help with our vendors and help bolster the economy.
- Motivation
- I placed a city on Naboo about 4 months ago not realizing the city rank cap. Had I known, I would have built on Rori....when placing a city hall....there is no warning message about the planet cap. Currently it's not so easy to have 40 citizens pack up and move to start over. I have spent millions of credits buying storyteller items to decorate the city which cannot be recouped as well as other Mayors across the galaxy. Feel free to drive through Crion on Naboo and see what we have done to create a home.
The new city update has some very phenomenal upgrades. This update will be exceptional for all existing tier 5 cities. Tier 3 and lower really have no shot at gaining any of the updates due to planet restrictions on the amount of level 5 cities allowed.
