Qol/New Player Experience : Bazaar Player Vendor Sales purchasing

Proposal
Change the player vendor sales so you purchase the item and then go and collect it, like the bazaar item purchase
Justification
You spend time searching for something on the bazaar for what ever reason and you finally find it after weeks of looking multiple times a day.
You get a WP from the bazaar to go get it.
You travel to a different planet, then to a closer city, and then drive to the shop.
Items no longer listed there as its been purchased by someone., removed, etc..

It doesnt make sense, when there is already a system in place for bazaar themselves.
Motivation
Simplify and improve old systems.
Bazaar Sales you can buy and then collect, Player Vendor Sales you get a WP to go and buy it.

Nope.
This is what will happen. You buy something and don't pick it up right away. I decide I want to redecorate. I empty the vendor of everything I can see on it, before deleting it. I can't see your item on it, waiting for you. You finally get around to visiting my, now nonexistent, vendor.
