Proposal
Remove decay from jewelry
Justification
It just doesn't make sense.
Motivation
Its cost effective and finding nice ones is a lot tougher since we cannot craft them
Everyone knows you take your jewelry off before a fight.

Some of the sought after jewelry comes from maps and such and removing decay hurts the market for those items and the players that do that for fun and money.

Who will you be selling to? Your alts? This is such a bad reason to keep it.

What? If your saying there is no population to sell to then even more reason to have decay. That may even be a solid point for increase in decay:p

When we get progression unlocked and get Heroic Instances, those jewelry sets specifically should not have decay.

I think a key thing to bare in mind with this player voice is that destroyed jewelry still adds its stat bonuses and still allows you to equip, unless there was another ghost pat h to this.
