This idea/suggestion has been flagged as Not Implemented because of a lack of popularity, lack of interest, lack of feasibility, or other determination by the Development Team, so the suggestion will not be implemented. This would allow for more options when choosing armor and allow lower levels to wear armor without a penalty
I really do not see the point in having penalties for not being a master of a advanced profession when wearing armor. This is a very outdated mechanic and would allow any level to wear armor if they want. I would also remove the armor class restrictions so any class can wear whatever they want

Not sure about outdated, as almost every modern MMO as type of clothing/gear only specific classes/players can wear normally with differing values that lend to the normal play style of the class/armor type. But I'm not 100% against the restriction removal idea if something cool a new penalty/risk was put in it's place.
