Stackable schematics and/or learning multiple with a counter displayed in crafting window

Proposal
Make schematics stackable, and if possible let multiple of the same schematic be learned, adding a charge to that craftable and show how many copies of that item you can craft in the crafting window.
Justification
This would be a huge quality of life increase for crafters. Storage space is at a premium.
Motivation
I'm actually not sure why this has never been player voiced before, if it hasn't. Storage space has always been an issue.
I'm not sure if all of this is possible but it seems like something that should happen if it is. Schematics take up a ton of space in houses, and this would improve QoL for every crafter.

Approved, with the restriction that this will not work for bio-linked schematics(redeconstruction mainly).
