Proposal
I suggest swapping the Saber Swipe ability (Dizzy State ability) with Saber Strike (basic hit), and making Saber Strike Shien instead of Balanced.
Justification
This change would make the Shien line consistent with the other lines in the LS tree, with the stance and balanced form being in the first box, and the state abilities being in the second box.
Motivation
I noticed the inconsistency when I went to do my normal rotation, and noticed I was never switching to Shien stance unless using Saber Throw.
With the recent changes to saber sweep and saber swipe, the ability to switch to the Shien stance in the first box of the Shien form line in the LS tree has been taken away. All the other stance abilities are located in the first box. The tooltip on Saber Swipe says Shien, but it behaves as balanced in use.

I think swipe and strike were swapped many moons ago but their descriptions weren't updated, but yes with the recent change to sweep should prob swap sweep/swipe with strike in the boxes

I like the suggestion, if all the other stances are accesible from the first box, shien should be too. This is undoubtebly just a relic from previous changes that got through and was just never noticed. I will sponsor this in the format of swapping Swipe and Strikes position on the tree. As a sidenote - the toolips are incorrect. Strike is Shien and Swipe is balanced, so just swapping them with resolve access to shien at the first box.

Thanks for the suggestion!
